Diagnostic Laboratory Services
In-house laboratory facilities provide for serum chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, electrolytes and external and internal parasite testing. Specialty diagnostic tests including histopathology (biopsy) services are available and performed by commercial veterinary laboratories.
Imaging Services (Digital Radiography and Ultrasound Studies)
Digital radiographs are performed on site. If further radiologic interpretation is needed, Rocky Mountain Animal Hospital has fully integrated access to a board-certified radiologist thru DVM Insight. Ultrasound examinations are available and performed on site.
Soft Tissue & Orthopedic Surgery
General soft tissue surgeries such as spays and neuters are performed. Other soft tissue surgery such as gastric torsion, cesarean sections, foreign body removal, biopsies and other abdominal surgeries are also performed by Dr. Mohr. Orthopedic surgeries such as fracture repair, FHOs, and cranial cruciate surgeries are performed.
Pharmacy
The in-house pharmacy allows for the convenient filling of prescription pharmaceuticals, including antibiotics, pain relievers, supplements, shampoos, heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.
